Shop, Delivery & Returns Policy:
Thank you for choosing the Creative Shop at Bezalel’s Creative House. We want you to enjoy every item you purchase and to know what to expect when ordering from us.
Delivery Information:
Physical products are processed within 2–3 working days before dispatch.
Orders are sent using Evri or Royal Mail, depending on the item, delivery location, and service available at the time of posting.
A tracking number will be sent to you once your order has been dispatched, where tracking is available.
We offer UK and international delivery. Delivery costs are calculated by the weight of the item and the delivery destination.
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the courier, destination, customs processing for international orders, and busy seasonal periods.
Physical Products:
This includes items such as art kits, paintings, handmade items, craft bundles, products bought through our online shop, marketplace pop-ups, or items sold at our events.
You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of the delivery date or the date of purchase if bought in person.
Items must be unused and in their original condition whenever possible.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible. We will review the issue and provide a replacement, exchange, or refund where appropriate.
Photos of any damage are helpful and allow us to process your request more quickly.
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the issue is due to an error on our part.
Digital Products:
This includes eBooks, downloads, digital art, printable activity packs, and other digital files.
All digital items are non-refundable once delivered, as they cannot be returned.
If you experience any download or file issues, please contact us, and we will make sure you receive the product you paid for.
Custom or Personalised Items
Custom or personalised creations are made specifically for you and are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged, faulty, or there is an issue with the quality of the item.
